Pitted Olive has easily been one of the most heartwarming LocalMeal experiences we’ve had so far. Serving authentic Turkish cuisine, it holds a special place in the heart of our Istanbul local and co-founder, Derin. Needless to say, she approves. Not only are portions generous, but the flavors are rich and satisfying. Our promise is that you’ll walk out of pitted olive with a full stomach and happy soul.

Our recommendations: boreks and gozleme made right on the spot by Turkish ladies, a range of Turkish meze's (including the famous "kısır") and don’t forget the delicious karnıyarık and vegetable mousakka mains.
